Foreign Ministry unhappy with current Russian-U.S. cooperation on Syria
MOSCOW. Sept 24 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has said his country is not totally satisfied with the progress made with the United States in implementing the agreements to destroy Syria's chemical weapon stockpiles.
"Regrettably, I have to admit that our contacts with Americans are not very smooth and, generally speaking, are not moving in the direction in which they should be moving today," he said in the State Duma, the lower chamber of Russia's parliament, on Tuesday.
