Arrest of Arctic Sunrise crew members could be changed early to milder measure - Markin

MOSCOW. Sept 26 (Interfax) - The Russian Investigative Committee said it did not rule out the possibility that restrictions upon the Arctic Sunrise crew members could be eased before the timeline for the arrest was completed.

"It is necessary to say that it is not out of the question that investigators themselves could decide to ease the imposed restrictions, not related to arrest, after the role and guilt of each suspect and the amount of danger he or she poses to the public over the incident are determined," Russian Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin told Interfax.
