Armenian president proposes to parliament to declare amnesty

YEREVAN. Sept 30 (Interfax) - Armenian President Serzh Sargsian submitted a proposal to declare amnesty to the parliament on Monday.

The proposal on the amnesty has been submitted amid the 22nd anniversary of Armenia's independence, which was celebrated in the country on September 21, the Armenian president's press office told Interfax.
