Armenian PM heading to Moscow
YEREVAN. Oct 10 (Interfax) - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan plans a working visit to Moscow for Friday during which he would meet with Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov and the chief executive of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Viktor Khristenko, Armenia's government told Interfax on Thursday.
On Wednesday, Sargsyan had a telephone conversation with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The two leaders discussed "issues relating to the further expansion of Armenia's cooperation with the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan and bilateral collaboration in the trade, economic, fuel and energy sectors," the Russian government said in a statement.
