MOSCOW. Oct 10 (Interfax) - E.On Russia confirmed plans to pay 40%-60% of net profit to IFRS in 2012 as 2013 dividends, the generating company said in a presentation for a conference call.

But Marc Spieker, head of IR at Germany's E.On, said on the conference-call that more than 60% of this year's earnings might be paid to shareholders.

"Yes," he said, when asked whether the company might consider paying more than 60% if the company does not find projects in which to invest.

The company paid all of its net profit to IFRS or 18.255 billion rubles for 2012.
