Putin aware of Greenpeace executive's letter, but it has not yet arrived - Peskov

TUAPSE. Oct 11 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin is aware of the letter of a Greenpeace executive, however, as of now, it has not yet arrived at the administration, Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"He is aware [of the letter] but we can not say anything because we have not seen the letter itself," Peskov told Interfax.

"Again, the president is not and cannot be responsible for discussing investigative procedures. This is not in the president's competence. Thus, he is unlikely to be involved in any discussion regarding these ongoing investigative procedures," Peskov said.
