Kremlin aides to look at planned amnesty bill - spokesman

TUAPSE. Oct 11 (Interfax) - Russia's planned amnesty bill will be studied in the legal department of the president's office after being drafted by the Human Rights Council, a presidential advisory body, President Vladimir Putin's spokesman said on Friday.

"We have said already that first of all, as was decided at a council meeting, the draft law will be evolved by experts within the council framework - they will state their basic ideas, their basic concepts, - and then what has been prepared will be studied at the presidential administration, in the state legal department," Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
