PhosAgro to pay interim dividends of 15.45 rubles/share
MOSCOW. Oct 14 (Interfax) - Shareholders in OJSC PhosAgro voted on October 12 to accept 15.45 rubles per share (5.15 rubles per GDR) in interim dividends, the fertilizer producer said in a report.
The total payout will be 2 billion rubles.
PhosAgro paid around 10.4 billion rubles in total for 2012.
The company has, since its IPO in July 2011, declared almost 17.5 billion rubles in dividends (140.4 rubles a share and 46.8 rubles per GDR).
PhosAgro's dividend policy envisages spending 20%-40% of net profit to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or 49% of net profit attributable to shareholders in the parent company on dividends.
