Heat tariff growth for Russian regions to be capped at 4.2% from July 1 - regulator
MOSCOW. Oct 15 (Interfax) - Average growth in heat tariffs for Russia's regions will be capped at 4.2% from July 1, 2014, the Federal Tariffs Service said.
The regulator's executive board reached the decision on Tuesday.
The tariff in H1 2014 will be the same period of last year as for H2 2013.
