EU expects Tymoshenko to leave for Germany for medical treatment before Vilnius summit
KYIV. Oct 15 (Interfax) - EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule expects Ukraine's Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko to leave for Germany to undergo medical treatment before the end of November, BBC Ukraine has reported.
This will hopefully happen soon, Fule told the press on Tuesday.
He said he was certain that this will happen before the Vilnius summit.
An association agreement between Ukraine and the European Union is expected to be signed at the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius on November 28-29.
