About 100 labor migrants detained in Biryulyovo will be deported - court

MOSCOW. Oct 16 (Interfax) - Moscow's Chertanovo district court has passed a rulings on the deportation of citizens of Central Asian republics based on findings of the Federal Migration Service received after the Sunday developments in Biryulyovo Zapadnoye neighborhood of Moscow.

"On Wednesday the court issued 21 deportation rulings, on Tuesday - 45, and on Monday - over 20," press secretary of the court Olga Rozhkova told Interfax.

She said the rulings concerned mainly citizens of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.

There was massive rioting provoked by the murder of a local resident in Biryulyovo on Sunday. A migrant from Azerbaijan was detained as the suspected murderer.

Local residents complained about the neighboring vegetable warehouse that employed numerous illegal migrant workers.
