Inter RAO approves TGK-11 registration in Omsk
OMSK. Oct 23 (Interfax) - Shareholders of power generating company OJSC TGK-11 agreed at an extraordinary meeting on October 22 to change the registration location of the company from Novosibirsk to Omsk, where the company has generating assets.
The company's information policy department told Interfax that re-registration was the only item on the agenda for the meeting. The company's charter was amended to show the new address of TGK-11, which is: Omsk, 10, Partizanskaya Street. The Omsk branch of TGK-11 is located at this address.
TGK-11 announced earlier that Boris Kovalchuk, the chairman of OJSC Inter RAO UES, which consolidated 100% of TGK-11 in December 2012, and Omsk Governor Viktor Nazarov had agreed to re-register the company. Other details were not given.
