Kyrgyz, Turkmenistan to be represented by deputy prime ministers at CIS summit in Minsk

MINSK. Oct 25 (Interfax) - The presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan have not arrived in Minsk to take part in the meeting of the CIS Heads of State Council, an Interfax correspondent has reported.

All summit participants have now arrived in the Independence Palace and have been photographed.
