Counterterrorist effort launched in Dagestani village
MAKHACHKALA. Oct 28 (Interfax) - The mode of a counterterrorist operation in the village of Agachaul near Makhachkala at 6 a.m. on Monday, the operations' headquarters in Dagestan told Interfax.
"The mode of a counterterrorist operation was introduced in relation to an operative effort," a spokesman for HQ said.
