Helicopter crash in Moscow could have been caused by spontaneous ejection - source

MOSCOW. Oct 29 (Interfax) - A Ka-52 helicopter crash in Moscow's Zhulebino neighborhood could have been caused by the ejection seats randomly activating, a law enforcement source told Interfax at the scene of the crash.

"Preliminary findings indicate that there could have been a spontaneous ejection while the Ka-52 was approaching to land at the Kamov Aircraft Plant range, which caused the crash," the source said.
