Oboronservice case suspect Zakutailo released from remand center with a travel ban

MOSCOW. Oct 31 (Interfax) - Ex-general director of the Warehouse of the Moscow Air Force District Maxim Zakutailo, a suspect in the Oboronservice real estate fraud case, has been released from Moscow's remand center with orders not to leave the city, Sergei Tsygankov, spokesman for the Moscow branch of the Russian Federal Penitentiary Institutions Service, told Interfax on Thursday.

"Yesterday, Mr. Zakutailo was released from the remand center on orders issued by the investigator and a travel ban was imposed on him," he said.

Investigative authorities have so far been unavailable for comment.
