Russian plane to conduct Open Skies flight over France
MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax-AVN) - Russian inspectors will perform an observation mission onboard an Antonov An-30B airplane over France from November 5 to November 9 under the International Open Skies Treaty.
"The airplane will take off from the Orleans-Bricy airfield and will follow a previously agreed upon itinerary," Sergei Ryzhkov, director of Russia's National Center for Nuclear Threat Reduction, told reporters.
It will be Russian inspectors' 37th Open Skies flight over the territory of the treaty signatory states in 2013, he added.
