Russkaya Troika re-elects its board chairman

MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - CJSC Russkaya Troika has re-elected Zhanar Rymzhanova, an advisor to Russian Railways (RZD) President Vladimir Yakunin, its board chairman, the rail operator said in a press release.

FESCO transportation group, a co-owner of the company, changed one of its representatives in the six-seat board in September: OJSC Far Eastern Shipping (FESCO) Vice President for Development Radostin Popov replaced investment projects manager at Summa, which owns FESCO, Alexander Panchenko.

Also re-elected were the deputy head of the RZD subsidiaries department, Anna Novoselskaya, Blagosostoyanie transport and infrastructure project manager at the project financing department Sergei Murzin and two other FESCO representatives - first vice president Alexei Grom and vice president Sergei Kostyan. The previous board was elected at the AGM in June.

Rymzhanova has been an advisor to the RZD president since October 2012. Before that, from 2002, he worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Russkaya Troika was established by RZD and FESCO in 2004. RZD owns 25% plus one share, Blagosostoyanie owns 25% minus one share and FESCO owns 50%. The operator has around 1,700 platforms.
