Polonsky's pre-trial restrictions may be changed only if he comes to investigators - Interior Ministry
MOSCOW. Nov 7 (Interfax) - The Russian Interior Ministry's Investigative Department may agree to consider changing businessman Sergei Polonsky's pre-trial restrictions only if he returns to Russia and comes to the investigators.
"A possible decision to change Polonsky's pre-trial restrictions will require Polonsky to return to Russia and come to the Interior Ministry's Investigative Department to testify in the case opened into the misappropriation of funds in the Kutuzovskya Mile residential complex project," an Interior Ministry spokesman told Interfax on Thursday.
