Nafta Moskva chairman replaces independent director at Polyus Gold

MOSCOW. Nov 14 (Interfax) - Pavel Grachev, the chairman of the board at Nafta Moskva, has replaced the independent director on the board of directors of Polyus Gold International Ltd (PGIL), Patrick Clanwilliam, the gold miner said in a statement.

Grachev served on the board of Polyus Gold from 2009 to 2011. Prior to returning to the Polyus board, he was chief executive of the Far East and Baikal Region Development Fund and in 2010-2011 he was CEO of Russian potash giant Uralkali . Grachev served on the board of directors of PIK Group in 2009, and in 2006-2008 was director of the legal department at Nafta Moskva and a director on the board of gold and silver miner OJSC Polymetal.
