Serdyukov has not yet been introduced to staff of Federal Machine-Building Research and Testing Center
MOSCOW. Nov 15 (Interfax) - Former defense minister Anatoly Serdyukov has not yet begun fulfilling the duties of the general director of the Federal Machine-Building Research and Testing Center, the office of the head of the Federal Machine-Building Research and Testing Center told Interfax.
"We have heard such talk, but Anatoly Serdyukov has not been officially introduced to the staff and has not moved into the office of the general director yet," the source told Interfax.
"The office of the general director is now occupied by Andrei Mikhailov. He is currently on a business trip," the source said.
"The situation will likely be clarified on Monday," the source said.
A lawyer for Serdyukov earlier said Serdyukov was appointed head of the Federal Machine-Building Research and Testing Center on November 1.
