S&P changes Petrocommerce outlook from stable to developing
MOSCOW. Nov 15 (Interfax) - Standard & Poor's has changed its outlook on ratings assigned to Russia's Bank Petrocommerce from stable to developing, the agency said in a press release.
The "B+"/"B+" ratings were affirmed.
