One-time payments for hydrocarbon sections generate 148 bln rubles in budget revenue in 2013
MOSCOW. Nov 18 (Interfax) - Russian budget revenue from one-time payments for rights to oil and gas sections amount to 148 billion rubles so far in 2013, Natural Resources and Environment Minister Sergei Donskoi said at a meeting of the Public Council.
The budget has received a total of 160 billion rubles in one-time payments for all subsurface resource deposits so far this year. The target was 42 billion rubles, he said.
"Since the beginning of the year the federal budget has received almost 160 billion rubles on the subsurface resource use item. The initial plan was much more modest: 42 billion rubles. In the first 11 months of activity in the extractive sector, it was possible to exceed that figure by almost 300%. The most revenue came from payments for hydrocarbon crude: over 148 billion rubles," Donskoi said.
