Uralkali CEO not yet extradited to Russia

MINSK. Nov 21 (Interfax) - The Belarusian authorities' decision to extradite potash miner Uralkali CEO Vladislav Baumgertner to Russia does not mean that he has already been turned over to Russian services, Belarusian Prosecutor General's Office spokesman Pyotr Kiselyov told Interfax on Thursday.

"The Prosecutor General's Office only issued a ruling in favor of his extradition. It does not necessarily mean that he has already been turned over to Russia," he said.
