New CFO at MMK joins management board
MOSCOW. Nov 22 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) has appointed the company's new CFO, Sergei Sulimov, to the management board, MMK said in a statement.
Sulimov replaced the former CFO, Alexander Andrianov, on November 11. Andrianov departed the company in October.
The board left the rest of the management board unchanged.
MMK, one of Russia's biggest steel producers, has production facilities in Russia and Turkey. Its main beneficiary is board chairman Viktor Rashnikov, who controls 86.6% of shares.
