Gaz-Tek ups stake in Gazprombank to 11%
MOSCOW. Nov 26 (Interfax) - OJSC Gaz-Tek, which is controlled by the management company Gazfond-Lider, has increased its stake in the charter capital of Gazprombank , a statement from the lending institution says.
Another statement issued by the bank says this came about with a reduction of Novfintekh LLC's stake in the bank. Novfintekh is controlled by Gazprombank. The bank says on its website that, until this change, Novfintekh controlled 5.71% of the stock in Gazprombank, holding 3.09% directly.
Gazfond-Lider indirectly controlled 47.4% of the Gazprombank stock and now has 49.5%. The management company is part of SOGAZ Group , which is controlled by the bank Rossiya (main beneficiaries: Yury Kovalchuk, Nikolai Shamalov, Dmitry Gorelov, Gennady Timchenko, and Alexei Mordashov). Gazprom owns 35.5% of the Gazprombank stock and Vnesheconombank (VEB) 10.2%.
Gazprombank entered this quarter in 3rd place by assets on the Interfax-100 ranking of Russian bank size.
