Markin: measure of Serdyukov's restraint to be chosen after his indictment
MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - Investigators will consider a measure of restraint of former Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, who is suspected of negligence, after he is indicted, Russian Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin said.
"We will not speak about a measure of restraint for now; it is up to the detectives to decide on what charges a suspect should be held," Markin told the Life News channel on Friday.
He said the detective would choose a measure of restraint for Serdyukov after the charges were brought against the former defense minister.
