*** The accreditations and briefings department of the Russian presidential press and information office has started to take accreditation requests to cover the annual address of the Russian president to the Federal Assembly that will take place in the Kremlin on December 12.

Accreditation requests should be sent to http://eng.news.kremlin.ru/accreditation/request/10 by noon on December 9, 2013.
