Lavrov, Kerry meeting in Brussels
BRUSSELS. Dec 4 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry had a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the NATO-Russia Council ministerial meeting in Brussels on Wednesday.
Lavrov and Kerry warmly greeted each other, after which their talks proceeded behind closed doors, an Interfax correspondent reported.
A source from the Russian delegation said earlier in the day that Lavrov planned a number of bilateral meetings in Brussels, including with Kerry.
