New State Secretary of Belarusian Security Council appointed

MINSK. Dec 5 (Interfax) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has appointed Alexander Mezhuyev as the State Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council, a source in the presidential press service told Interfax.

The president signed the decree on December 5.

Previously, Mezhuyev chaired the National Security Commission of the House of Representatives of the Belarusian National Assembly.
