Russian Eurobonds move sideways on Wednesday as US Treasuries decline
MOSCOW. Dec 18 (Interfax) - Prices for Russian state Eurobonds were little changed on Wednesday, while US Treasuries declined moderately, causing the spread between the two issues to narrow slightly.
Russia-30 bonds at 5:50 p.m. Moscow time were down 9 basis points at 117.09% of face value, yielding 4.09% per annum (4.08% p.a. on December 17). Benchmark ten-year UST were down 25 b.p. at 99.01% of face value by that time, yielding 2.87% p.a. (2.84% on December 17).
Yield spread between the two issues narrowed 2 b.p. to 122 b.p.
