Russia scraps 78% of its chemical arms stock
KIZNER. Dec 19 (Interfax-AVN) - Russia has scrapped 78% of its chemical weapons stock, head of the federal department for safe storage and disposal of chemical weapons Valery Kapashin told reporters on Thursday.
Russia's last chemical arms disposal plant was launched in Kizner, Udmurtia, on Thursday.
