Russian trade surplus grows to $13.7 bln in November - Klepach
MOSCOW. Dec 20 (Interfax) - The Russian Economic Development Ministry calculates that Russia had a trade surplus of $13.7 billion last month, Deputy Economic Development Minister Andrei Klepach said at a Thursday briefing in Moscow.
It was $13.2 billion the month before.
The ministry estimates that Russian exports were worth $43 billion last month, down 5% year-on-year and 2.2% month-on-month, Klepach said.
November imports, the ministry calculates, cost $29.3 billion (4.1% less year-on-year) - down from $30.8 billion in October.
"These figures, both for exports and for imports, are within our forecast," he said
