President appoints Gen. Rogozhkin First Deputy Interior Minister - Interior Ministry Forces Commander

MOSCOW. Dec 20 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree, "On the First Deputy Interior Minister - Interior Ministry Forces Commander", the Kremlin press service said.

"To appoint General of the Army Rogozhkin Nikolai Yevgenyevich as the Russian First Deputy Interior Minister - Interior Ministry Forces Commander and to remove him from his current position," the press service cited the decree as saying.

The decree takes effect on the day of its signing.
