Gazprom Energoholding's gencos to cut output 3.2% in 2013, up revenue 5.2%

MOSCOW. Dec 25 (Interfax) - Total output at power plants controlled by Gazprom Energoholding LLC (GEH), a wholly owned subsidiary of gas giant Gazprom , may fall 3.2% to 161.5 billion kilowatt-hours (kWh) in 2013, GEH said in a statement.

OJSC Mosenergo will produce 59 billion kWh, OJSC OGK-2 - 72.4 billion kWh and OJSC TGK-1 - 30.1 billion kWh.

Heat generation will fall by nearly 1% to 100.5 million Gcal, which includes 67.7 million Gcal at Mosenergo, 26.4 million Gcal at TGK-1 and 6.4 million Gcal at OGK-2.

GEH forecasts total revenue at Mosenergo, TGK-1 and OGK-2 to grow by 5.2% to 336.1 billion rubles. Earnings before taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) are expected at 46.6 billion rubles, up 8.6% year-on-year.

GEH said that net profit may fall 2.6% to 14.7 billion rubles.

GEH's generating companies have more than 80 power plants with installed capacity of over 37 gigawatts.
