Emergency Situations Ministry preparing two planes to go to Volgograd
MOSCOW. Dec 30 (Interfax) - Two planes of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry will soon depart for Volgograd for assisting the terrorist act victims and evacuating patients with the severest injuries to Moscow clinics, Deputy Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Stepanov told reporters.
"We are preparing two aircraft, one carrying medical modules for 20 patients and anther carrying specialized vehicles and equipment of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency. There will be also a mobile intensive care hospital with pressurized capsules for the transportation of patients with busts lungs," Stepanov said.
