Due to terrorist attacks in Volgograd additional security measures being taken - Interior Ministry

MOSCOW. Dec 30 (Interfax) - The Russian Interior Ministry is taking additional security measures upon the decisions of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee made following the terrorist attacks in Volgograd.

"In accordance with the decisions of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee, on top of the upgrade measures, which were taken amid the New Year holidays, the Interior Ministry is introducing additional measures to enhance security," the Interior Ministry press office told Interfax on Monday.

"Vehicles are being examined more seriously and addresses, on which intelligence comes, are being checked," the press office said.
