Level of Russia-Ukraine relations allows frank discussion of hardest questions - Kremlin

MOSCOW. Dec 31 (Interfax) - Russia and Ukraine can achieve new results in bolstering mutually advantageous cooperation next year, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his New Year greetings to Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

"V. Putin emphasized a comradely and businesslike nature of the relations, which allows the frank discussion of any, even the hardest, questions and the joint search for ways of further development of partnership between the two states for the benefit of the fraternal peoples," the Kremlin press service reported.
