Russian, U.S. diplomats discuss Iran

MOSCOW. Jan 10 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov met on Friday with U.S. Under Secretary of State Wendy Sherman, who is on a working visit in Moscow.

"Pressing international issues, including the implementation of the joint plan of actions on the Iranian nuclear program accorded with Iran and the topic of Russia's chairmanship in the G8 in 2014, as well as some bilateral issues have been discussed," the Russian Foreign Ministry posted a statement on its website.
