Konstantin Aristarkhov quits TCS Bank board
MOSCOW. Jan 16 (Interfax) - Konstantin Aristarkhov has left the board of directors at TCS Bank, where he had served 2007.
TCS Bank the Cyprus-registered holding company that is its sole shareholder in January 15 decided to elect a new board, which includes Oleg Tinkov, Oliver Hughes, Vadim Stasovsky, Sergei Pirogov and Svetlana Ustilovskaya.
Aristarkhov joined the TCS Bank board in June 2007. He was general director of LLC T-Finance from September 2007 and general director of LLC TKS in September-October 2009.
Prior to the bank's IPO, Altruco Trustees owned 2.16% of its shares, 1.98% of this on behalf of top managers including Aristarkhov, Oliver Hughes, Sergei Pirogov, Artyom Yamanov, Stanislav Blizniuk, Ilya Pisemsky and Yevgeny Ivashkevich.
TCS Bank was the 61st biggest Russian bank by assets, the 51st biggest by retail deposits and the 21st biggest by retail loan portfolio as of the end of the third quarter of 2013 according to the Interfax-100 ranking compiled by the Center for Economic Analysis.
