Gazprom EnergoHolding chief ups OGK-2 genco stake from 0.023% to 0.036%
MOSCOW. Jan 17 (Interfax) - Denis Fyodorov, the general director of LLC Gazprom EnergoHolding (GEH), has increased his stake in the OGK-2 wholesale generating company, which GEH controls, from 0.023% to 0.036%.
The deal was done on December 5, the company says in information released on Friday.
OGK-2 has 110,441,160,870 issued shares, par value 0.3627 rubles each, which traded on the Moscow Exchange at 0.2596 rubles at 5:21 p.m. on January 17 and 0.2410 rubles on December 5, so Fyodorov could have spent around 3.5 million rubles increasing his stake, although the additional shares he bought are now worth around 3.7 million rubles.
The GEH press office told Interfax that Fyodorov bought the shares with his own money.
