Kazakh prosecutors check Briton's possible involvement in filming naked teenagers

URALSK. Jan 17 (Interfax) - Law enforcement agencies in the western Kazakhstan region are conducting preliminary checks involving a British citizen after a woman from Uralsk (the administrative center of the region) complained to police that a man was making nude footage of her daughter, born in 2001, regional prosecutor's office spokeswoman Eleonora Utegaliyeva told Interfax on Friday.

"A 38-year-old British man was found during checks at the Shagala Hotel, who upon seeing law enforcement officers destroyed memory sticks in a microwave," she said.
