Two explosions occured near Makhachkala restaurant - Interior Ministry

MOSCOW. Jan 17 (Interfax) - Two explosions occurred near Makhachkala restaurant, the Russian Interior Ministry said.

"We can confirm that two explosions happened near the restaurant in Makhachkala and police have gone to the scene," the Russian Interior Ministry press office told Interfax.

The site has been sealed.
