Russia urges to resolve issues of Ukraine constitutionally - Lavrov

MOSCOW. Jan 21 (Interfax) - Russia is very concerned about the events in Ukraine and is urging all parties to conduct dialog, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"We are very concerned about what is happening in Ukraine and are urging all parties to resolve the problems emerged solely through dialog," Lavrov said at a news conference in Moscow on Tuesday.
