Lukoil VP Khavkin sells company shares worth 40.2 mln rubles

MOSCOW. Jan 29 (Interfax) - Lukoil Vice President Yevgeny Khavkin has sold 20,129 company shares for 40.2 million rubles, the company said in a statement.

The sale was transacted on January 20, 2014.

Khavkin's stake in the company is now 0.01%, down from 0.012% previously.

Khavkin sold shares worth 39.34 million rubles in December 2013, reducing his stake from 0.0145% to 0.012%.
