Syrian National Coalition to pay more visits to Russia - coalition leader

MOSCOW. Feb 4 (Interfax) - The National Coalition for Syrian Opposition and Revolutionary Forces will continue visits to Moscow, coalition leader Ahmad Jarba said.

"We hope coalition representatives will pay more visits to Moscow in the near future. Russia better understands our coalition's position now," Jarba said at a press conference at the Interfax main office on Tuesday.

"I think we have reached a new stage of relations with Russia now," he said.

National Coalition members have reached an agreement with Russia that the Geneva I conference provisions should be put into practice, he said. "We have good relations with Russia now, and we hope these relations will be developing gradually," he said.
