A.v.e co-owners elected to Pharmacy Chain 36.6 board

MOSCOW. Feb 11 (Interfax) - The co-owners of A.v.e Group (LLC Pharmacy A.v.e), Vladimir Kintsurashvili, Ivan Saganelidze, Igor Zhibarovsky and Timur Shakaya, were elected to the board of directors at Pharmacy Chain 36.6 at an extraordinary shareholder's meeting, an Interfax correspondent reports from the meeting.

The other nominees who won seats are Pharmacy A.v.e chief legal affairs officer Natalya Barysheva, Nikolai Malinovsky, head of the Rus Association for Social Welfare for Police Special Branch Veterans and Yevgeniya Belonovskaya, director of Hi Capital Corporation, who is on the current Pharmacy Chain 36.6 board.

The companies earlier agreed a merger that will see A.v.e. become part of Pharmacy Chain 36.6 in a supplementary share issue that will boost charter capital 470%. The shares will be sold for 22.4 rubles each or a total of 13.3 billion rubles. A.v.e. management will have operational control over the post-merger company.
