A.v.e. co-owner Saganelidze elected chairman of Pharmacy Chain 36.6 board
MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax) - Ivan Saganelidze, one of the co-owners of A.v.e. Group (Pharmacy A.v.e. LLC), has been elected chairman of the board of directors at Pharmacy Chain 36.6 , board member Temur Shakaya told Interfax.
The new board of directors was elected at a shareholders' meeting on Tuesday. Four A.v.e. co-owners won seats: Saganelidze, Shakaya, A.v.e. general director Vladimir Kintsurashvili and Igor Zhibarovsky.
The companies earlier agreed a merger that will see A.v.e. become part of Pharmacy Chain 36.6 in a supplementary share issue that will boost charter capital 470%. The shares will be sold for 22.4 rubles each or a total of 13.3 billion rubles. A.v.e. management will have operational control over the post-merger company.
A.v.e.'s Kintsurashvili was appointed to head CJSC Pharmacy Chain 36.6 Management Company in November 2013 and became CEO of the lead company in January.
