Surgutneftegas boosts pay for directors 5% to nearly 20 mln rubles in 2013
MOSCOW. Feb 14 (Interfax) - Surgutneftegas paid members of its board of directors 19.775 million rubles in total for 2013, the oil company said in a fourth quarter report.
Surgutneftegas said in a report for the same period of last year that it paid its directors 18.874 million rubles.
Thus, board remuneration went up 4.7% last year.
The board of directors currently includes the company's deputy general director and head of its drilling division, Sergei Ananyev; the head of the oil and gas production division, Igor Gorbunov; the company's deputy general director for capital construction, Alexander Rezyapov and former financial division chief Taisiya Klinovskaya. Vladimir Yerokhin is the board's chairman.
