Yield guidance for 7-yr Gazprom euro-denominated Eurobonds 240 b.p. to swaps - source
MOSCOW. Feb 19 (Interfax) - Yield guidance for Gazprom's seven-year euro-denominated Eurobonds is 240 basis points to average market swaps, a financial market source told Interfax.
Gazprom is planning a benchmark-sized offering. The bid book is open and the deal ought to be closed on February 19.
Gazprom held a road show for the notes in London and continental Europe on February 17-18. Credit Agricole, JP Morgan and Gazprombank are arranging the offering and Metropol is co-organizer.
Gazprom placed two euro-denominated bond issues last year: the first, in March, consisted of a seven-year tranche of 1 billion euro in seven-year notes at 3.389% and 12-yrear tranche of 500 million euro at 4.364% in March; and the second, in July, was a single tranche of 900 million euro in five-year bonds at 3.7%.
